Wagma Engineering Orifice Flange Assemblies are made to AGA/ASME recommendations and other international Standards providing reliable means to Flow measurement.
Wagma Engineering Orifice Flanges cover complete range of sizes and pressure ratings. These flanges are available in various types such as Weld neck, Slip on, Screwed with facing FF, therefore, RJ, TG etc.

Wagma Engineering Orifice Flange Assemblies are supplied ready to install in Pipelines complete with all hardware.
Wagma Engineering Orifice Flanges are manufactured in broad variety of materials.

Wagma Engineering Venturi tubes

Wagma Engineering Venturi tubes are ideally suited for flow measurement of almost all liquids and gases, including liquids with suspended solids and gases with entrained liquids

The Venturi tubes are outstanding at measuring high or low volumes at high or low pressures /temperatures, but the primary usage is in low static line pressure applications where high pressure recovery is necessary.

Wagma Engineering Venturi tubes are manufactured to meet or exceed ASME requirements and are available in a wide range of sizes.
Venturis can be manufactured by lightweight fabrication or from castings or forgings.

Standard materials include carbon steel, chrome-moly, 304 and 316 stainless steels; other materials are available upon request.

Wagma Engineering Orifice Plates & Flange Assemblies

Wagma Engineering offers a complete range of Orifice Plates for a variety of flow conditions for mounting between flanges for Carrier Rings and with RTJ Plate Holds for mounting between RTJ Flanges.

Weld-In-Type Orifices, welded directly in Branch Pipes are also undertaken for High Temperature and pressure service where Flange mounting is not desired.

Wagma Engineering Thermowells

Thermowells are available in screwed, flanged and welded type design.

All are precision drilled "using gun drilling machines" and each thermowell is checked to exacting quality standards for concentricity to provide uniform wall thickness and heat transfer.

All welding is to the highest pressure vessel quality

Wagma Engineering Thermowells are highly polished on the outer surfaces to provide long life.

Taper, Straight & Stepped Thermowells are available up to 100Omm length from Bar Stock and Built up Thermowells up to 250Omm length. Normal Bore sizes available are 1/4" and 3/8". Other bore sizes also available.
